Thanks to the generosity of Christ Church parishioners, the goals for our CHOW Fall Harvest collection were greatly exceeded!
Our goal was to feed 20 families with a small ham, box of stuffing and potatoes, canned vegetables, cranberry, and yams. We surpassed our 200 can goal with a total of 324 cans, collecting more than 280 pounds of food and 20 hams.
In November, CHOW served more than 20 households and 50 people; 10 walk-ins received food; dinner bags were also provided to Clothing Closet clients.
